Aziza Lisais a singer-songwriter whose soulful voice is like that of a beautiful songbird. Her jazzy style infused with a touch of neo-soul reflects the many phenomenal songstresses who have paved the way. She has opened up for many great artists, such as the great Nancy Wilson, Erykah Badu, Kindred the Family Soul, Frankie Beverly & Maze, The Whispers, Amel Larrieux, Mint Condition, Anthony Hamilton, Raheem DeVaughn, Bilal, and recently Musiq Soul Child, Eric Benet, and more. Aziza Lisa’s songs uplift, soothe, enlighten, and transfer positive energy. With her smooth sound, she invites her audience on her musical journey as she involves them and interacts with them. Her refreshing and soulful music has received radio play in the Midwest. She has an array of talents ranging from singing to dancing and acting, which are showcased in the role she has taken as the late, great Lena Horne in the Chicago Black Renaissance musical play My Black Chicago.
