Q: Where can I waive my health insurance?
A: The Student Insurance Office is located in the Student Union Building Room 268-O. You can 
also visit their website at https://studentcenter.uhcsr.com.

Q: Where can I find resources for DREAMERS? A DREAMER is a student who is not a US citizen or legal resident of the US.
A: You can visit the Latino Resource Center in the Cordell Reed Student Union Room 230-A, call 
773-995-2526 or visit http://www.csu.edu/dosa/latinoresourcecenter/.

Q: How do I find out about activities and events on campus?
A:You will receive direct emails related to events and activities on campus. Majority of the events are FREE. Make sure to check your CSU email account and look out for the subject title: Student Affairs. You may also want to look at flyers, bulletin boards and monitors across campus or view a calendar of events by visiting www.csu.edu/dosa.

Q: Where can I make my payments?
A: You can visit the Cashier Office located in the Cook Administration 211 (2nd floor). You can make payments over the phone, online or in person. For details visit http://www.csu.edu/financialaffairs/bursar.

Q: Where can I go to receive tutoring services?
A: The Learning Assistance Center can help you in achieving academic success through supportive tutoring and resources located in the Library 450 (4th floor). For more information visit http://www.csu.edu/LAC/.

Q: Where can I print and copy?
A: Printing and copies can be made in the New Academic Library. Also, there are various offices 
and labs that provide printing for students. Please feel free to ask the Dean of your College about these opportunities.

Q: Where can I grab a bite to eat on campus?
A: The cafeteria is located on the 1st Floor of the Student Union Building. There is also the 
Cougar Cove buffet that is located on the 2nd Floor of the Student Union Building. There is a cafe located on the 1st floor of the New Academic Library. You can grab a snack from the vending machines located in William Science Building, Cook, and Harold Washington Hall.

Q: Where is the Wellness Center?
A: Cook Administration Building 131.

Q: Where do I learn about scholarships?
A: You can visit www.csu.edu/financialaid/ or make an appointment in the Office of Financial 
Aid located in Cook Administration Building room 207.

Q: How do I learn about on campus employment opportunities?
A: You can visit the Human Resources Office located in Cook Administration Building room 203.

Q: How do I learn about off campus employment opportunities?
A: You can visit the Career Development Center located in Cook Administration Building room

A: You can visit the Career Development Center located in the Student Union Building room 230.

Q: How do I learn about Student Government Association?
A: Visit them in their office located in the Student Union Building 268-S.

Q: How do I utilize the lockers on campus?
A: You first have to get a form from Student Activities located in the CRSU 260. You then complete the form and take it to the Cashiers to make payment Cook Administration Building, 2nd Floor. Lastly, you bring your receipt and completed form back to Student Activities, Student Union Building, room 260. For lockers in the Jacoby Dickens Center, please visit HERE.
