2013-2014 Housing Rates

Double Room: $8,470 ($4,235 per semester)

Single Room & Board: $12,564 ($6,282 per semester)

*Price includes standard 19 meal plan

This is the official Housing and Resident Life student's application for the 2013-2014 academic year. Please submit your medical records directly to the CSU Wellness / Health Center, Cook Administration Building, Room 131, phone (773) 995-2010, fax (773) 995-2953 to obtain a green medical compliance card.

Completed application consist of application form, medical compliance card, submission of campus safety questionnaire & criminal background check
