Mission Statement
To help adults to realize a better life through the attainment of higher education. The program seeks to assist individuals in reaching their goals by offering a variety of services to support perspective students in the postsecondary admission, financial aid, and enrollment process.

(1991) PROJECT SUCCESS/EOC provides counseling and information on college admissions to 1,200 qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of postsecondary education or
enter a GED program.
