Refunds

Summer 2013 Financial Aid Refunds:

• To be eligible, you must have a credit account balance posted on your student account.
• Direct Deposit – In your bank account or Cougar Cash Card on refund date. You must select your refund option within the Bursar Office.
• Paper Check – In the mail on refund date. No check pick-up.
• The initial Summer 2013 financial aid refund is Monday, June 10, 2013.

**Please note: You are ineligible for direct deposit if you have a prior term balance on your student account. To verify your account status, log into Cougar Connect and view your student account balance or call the Office of the Bursar at (773) 995-2470.

Important: REFUND DATE is date funds will be available in your personal bank account or Cougar Cash Card account if selected as your refund preference, or date check will be placed in the mail. NO CHECK PICK UP.
