Several graduates were specifically honored including Mr. Martinez Sutton, who graduated with a degree in Community Health and who overcame the tragic death of his sister in order to devote his life and future career to social justice. Also recognized was the family a Ms. Joanna Dyson, a Criminal Justice student who sadly passed away before she completed her degree.
