Chicago has gained National attention with the ongoing violence that has plagued the city.  The violence in Chicago has been displayed to the world through the tragic murder of Derrion Albert, through the critically acclaimed documentary" The Interrupters,"  as well as through the recent CNN docuseries "Chicagoland." More recently there has been a media frenzy with rappers referring to this city as "ChiRaq."  It is no secret that this city is in a crisis and it is time to take a stand against the violence that is killing our youth.  More specifically it is time for our Fraternities and Sororities to unite and provide resources to our youth that gives them alternatives to the continuous violence that happens daily in the city of Chicago.

The National Panhellenic Council has been involved in several historical marches that concerned the welfare of its community. From the Civil Rights March to the Million Man March in Washington, D.C., the NPHC has been in the forefront of uniting African Americans and reestablishing morals and values in the Black community. We are continuing the legacy by uniting together to save our city! The registration is only $10.00. This donation will help the NPHC of Chicago create resources and alternatives for our youth. The event will start at 7:00am promptly and is open to the public.
