Chicago State University students recently traveled to Washington D.C. to represent
the University at the 2013 "Realize the Dream" March on Washington to commemorate
the 50th Anniversary of the iconic civil rights event.
CSU professor Dr. Kim Dulaney led a group of students as part of the Samuel DeWitt
Proctor Conference, a group effort of faith organizations and non-profits to educate
youth about social justice and encourage them to continue the mission begun by Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights movement.
