  • 1. Can I pick my own roommate?
  • Yes! We welcome the opportunities for friends to be roommates.


  • 2. Do you offer family housing?
  • No. The Residence Hall is a suite style, no-kitchenette facility.


  • 3. Are pets allowed?
  • No. However, fish that can survive in a gallon aquarium take are permitted.


  • 4. Is there an application fee?
  • Yes. All new-to-housing students will be assessed a $75 application fee which will be due at the time of application submission.


  • 5. Is there a minimum GPA?
  • Yes. All residential students must maintain a GPA of at least a 2.0.


  • 6. Is the meal plan mandatory?
  • Yes. All students residing in the Residence Hall must have a meal plan.


  • 7. Can I stay in the Residence Hall over the break period?
  • Yes. Residents can stay during the Thanksgiving and Spring break periods for no additional charge. Winter break housing is available for an additional fee. Please note, dining hours may change or not apply at all during break periods.


  • 8. Where can I learn about the policies of the Residence Hall?
  • Online. Upon move in, all residents will receive a student handbook that outlines the policies and procedures for community living. We will
