Physical Facilities Planning and Management (PFPM) provide services which benefit the CSU Community to include students, staff, faculty and the neighboring community.  We share the goal of the University to support academic success by providing an educationally conductive campus environment in which to learn.  We create this environment by providing building maintenance, custodial services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, grounds equipment repair, furniture repair, moving services, project management, construction coordination, environmental, health and life safety services.

We strive to provide the CSU community with the most efficient and effective managerial methods, industry techniques and economic procedures for the operation of 163 acres campus which includes the Longwood Residence and Cottage Grove properties.  Our mission is to maintain, operate, renovate and plan for the campus while providing coordination, leadership and monitoring in the areas of Facilities Management, Facilities Maintenance and Facilities Capital Development.
