The Division of Enrollment Management (Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Student Financial Aid, Records and Registration, Veterans Resource Center and Examinations) will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27.

In addition, we will be adjusting service hours to reflect all departments holding office hours on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the month of December. 

Our offices will be closed from Thursday, December 24th, 2020 through Friday, January 1st, 2021 for Winter Break.

The Division of Enrollment Management offices will resume operating hours on Monday, January 4th, 2021.

Mission

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to provide consistent friendly, efficient and effective supportive services to the entire University community. This aligns with the University’s pledge to foster the intellectual development and success of a diverse student population through a rigorous, positive and transformative educational experience.

Overview

The Office of the Registrar consist of three units responsible for a variety of duties. These units include: Evaluations (includes the transfer credit evaluation and awarding of all undergraduate degrees), Course Scheduling (includes catalog/schedule maintenance), and Records and Registration (includes course registration, issuance of official transcripts, enrollment/degree verifications, grade changes, reinstatement and readmission processes).
