Congratulations on completing the requirements to receive your higher education degree from CSU!  The graduation ceremony is an important event.  As you move forward as professionals in your chosen area of study, we wish to ensure that your graduation ceremony is a memorable celebration.

During Commencement Countdown, you will be able to:

• Settle outstanding University financial obligations
• Complete your Financial Aid exit interview
• Take your graduation photo
• Receive your graduation information packet including ceremony line-up card
• Receive your Commencement tickets
• Pick up your cap and gown if ordered "Ship to School"
• Order personalized announcements, class rings, degree frames, etc.
• Receive your complimentary alumni membership
• Receive valuable career coaching
• Sign up to receive updates from the CSU Career Development Center
• Express your disability related needs
• Enter a raffle to win exciting prizes, i.e., cap and gown portraits, and much, much more!

 

Commencement Countdown

If you were unable to attend, regalia orders can be picked up from the Cashiers Office in the Cook Administration Building 2nd Floor beginning Monday, May 1, 2023

Undergraduate Honor Cords

If your GPA is within range, undergraduate students will be awarded with an honor cord. These cords can be picked up from the Cashiers office on the 2^nd floor of the Cook Administration building.

Commencement Rehearsal for Graduates

Please plan to attend to learn valuable insight on graduate line up with colleges, the recessional, and other information.

Guest Invitations

All graduates can invite up to 7 guests to attend the Commencement Ceremony.

Commencement Ceremony

Tables will be set up in the lobby on the south side of the Jones Convocation Center. Once you arrive, all graduates will pick up their line up cards. Undergraduate students will pick up their line up cards as well as their Commencement stole. Arriving early will allow the graduates an opportunity to check in and then find their class to line up for the Recessional.  Tables will be set up in the lobby on the south side of the Jones Convocation Center.
