NOTE: Students will not be able to drop the last class online resulting in a full withdrawal with zero (0) credit hours of enrollment as of January 10, 2022. Students must submit the “Complete Withdrawal Form” online, located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect by the Withdrawal deadline. Students must also participate in a short exit interview with a Financial Aid Advisor.

16	Last day to drop Intersession (4-week) courses online for 100% reversal of tuition & refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less or upon completed withdrawal from all courses. Note: In order to drop from an Intersession course, a drop form must be submitted within two (2) days from the start of the intersession course to receive 100% reversal charges).
17	Last day to withdraw or completely withdraw from an Intersession course to receive a "W" on the transcript.

January 2022
1	New Year's Day Holiday – no classes.
2-8	Spring 2022 Intersession classes continue.
4-21	Spring 2022 Book Voucher distribution period (view Bursar's Website).
5	Extended hours for enrollment (Admin Building open until 7 pm). Verified Payment Source confirmation with the Bursar Office. Note: A Verified Payment Source is how you plan on paying tuition and fees prior to registration. A Verified Payment Source includes Financial Aid, Scholarships, Veteran Benefits, Employer/Third Party Sponsors, CSU Employee/Senior Waivers, paying in full, or enrolling in a payment plan.
6	Extended hours for enrollment (Admin Building open until 7 pm). Spring 2022 Regular Session registration closes. It will resume Jan 7.
7	Final payment due in full or enroll in a Payment Plan for Spring 2022 courses. Residence Hall Opens (for new students only).
8	Extended hours for enrollment (Admin Building open from 10 am - 2 pm). Last day for Spring 2022 Intersession classes. Residence Hall Opens (for returning students).
10	Regular Session (16-week) Day and Evening Spring 2022 classes begin.
10-15	Late Registration/Change of Schedule period for the Regular Session (16-week) courses. Students may add courses online during this period. Payment is due at the time of registration. Note: Students may drop a class online through Saturday, Jan 15.
10-31	Ventra CTA card distrubution (by appointment only, please contact the Cashier's Office).
15	Last day to drop a 1st 8 Week course online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less or upon complete withdrawal from all courses. 21	Deadline to submit proof of required immunizations to Wellness/Health Center to avoid a $25 non-compliance fee.
24	First Disbursement - Pell & Direct Loans. Last day to completely withdraw from the 1st 8-week classes & receive a 50% reversal of tuition & fees. Note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to complete withdrawals.
27	Spring 2022 Special Session registration closes. It will resume Jan 28.
28	First day for student refunds.
31	Special Session (12-week) classes begin.

February 2022

2	Last day to completely withdraw from the Regular Session (16-week) & receive a 50% reversal of tuition & fees. Note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to complete withdrawals.
8	Last day to drop a Special Session class online for 100% reversal of tuition & refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less or upon complete withdrawal from all courses. 16	Last day to receive a 50% reversal of tuition & fees if students completely withdraw from the Special Session (12-week). Note: 50% reversal of charges only apply to complete withdrawals.
18	Deadline for enrollment in or waiving out of the mandatory student health insurance program for the Regular Session (16-week) term or Special Session (12-week) term.
21	President's Day Holiday – no classes.
25	Deadline to submit undergraduate & graduate graduation applications for Spring 2022 degree conferral.

2-7	Final examination period.
4	Last day to submit Financial Aid documents, including SAP appeals, and still receive funding for Spring 2022.
8	Residence halls close at 12 pm for all students (with exception for Spring 2022 graduates).
10	Faculty deadline to submit: Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Spring 2022 Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Summer and Fall 2021. Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Spring 2022. Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: csu-registrar@csu.edu.
12	Spring 2022 Commencement Ceremony
13	Spring 2022 term ends.
17	Spring 2022 grades are available on CSU X-Press Spring 2022 degree postings are available on CSU X-Press
