Tuition & Rates

We understand that choosing the right childcare is a significant decision for your family, and understanding the associated costs is a key part of that process. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and education at competitive rates for our families. Here you'll find detailed information about our current tuition rates and available financial assistance options.

Rate Schedules  

Families affiliated with CSU (students, faculty, staff, and members of the Chicago State Alumni Association) are eligible for a discounted tuition rate based on a sliding fee scale. For details on discounted rates, contact our center at childcare@csu.edu

Child's Age	Weekly Fee (Per Child)
3 - 24 months	$335/week
2 - 3 years (Age 3 after Sept. 1 of the school year)	$270/week
3 - 5 years (Age 3 before Sept. 1 of the school year	$230/week

Note: These rates are applicable to those who are not eligible for the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program. Rates are subject to change per CSU determination. Families will be given a minimum 60-day notice for any rate changes.

Financial Assistance 

Illinois Child Care Assistance Program 

Financial assistance is available for eligible families through the Illinois Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Detailed information on eligibility and the application process can be found on the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) website. You can also use the IDHS Child Care Eligibility Calculator to quickly estimate if your family qualifies for assistance.

CCAMPIS Grant 

Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) is a federally funded initiative to assist eligible student-parents in completing their education by subsidizing the cost of childcare. This grant is available exclusively for CSU students. To apply for this grant, contact the center for more details at childcare@csu.edu
