Aquaponics lab featured on NPR

WBEZ 91.5, the Chicago affiliate of National Public Radio, featured Chicago State University professor Dr. Emmanuel Pratt on The Morning Shift to discuss the CSU Aquaponics facility and the importance of developing urban farming techniques.

"It's not ultimately about just growing some food. It's about using the food and the technique and tool of urban ag and aquaponics as an organizing tool in an area that is systemically and systematically disconnected," Pratt says.
