Research Interest
My research interest surrounds relationship skill building and multi-generational
processes (family development). I am fascinated by how individuals learn to build
and develop relationships and the influences our families have in the development
of who we are and what we do as grown, mature individuals. My past work includes working
with junior high school and secondary scholars in their social and emotional development.
My current work involves research through emotional intelligence being a predictor
value in the discrepancy that may exist for individuals actual versus ideal teaching
self-efficacy.
