NOTE: Students will not be able to drop the last class online resulting in a full withdrawal with zero (0) credit hours of enrollment after August 13, 2021. Students must also participate in a short exit interview with a Financial Aid Advisor.

April 2021
19	Priority registration for Regular Session (16-weeks) and Special Session (12-weeks) begins Enrollment opens for payment plans. Please visit Bursar’s page for more information.

July 2021
30	Deadline to either pay in full for Fall 2021, set up a payment plan, or verify payment source (i.e.how you plan to pay for classes). Please visit Bursar’s page for more information.

August 2021
1-22	Registration continues for Regular Session (16-weeks). Students may add/drop courses online during this period.
2	First drop for non-payment date. If a student has not verified their payment source (e.g. Financial Aid, scholarships/grants, payment plan, etc.) by this date they will be dropped. Subsequent drops for non-payment will be made weekly on Mondays. If a drop has already occurred, when a student re-registers, they must either pay in-full, make a down-payment, or enroll in a payment plan. Please visit Bursar’s page for more information.
18	Residence Halls move-in date for Freshman and New Students in on-campus housing.
19	Fall 2021 registration will close and will resume Friday, August 20.
20-22	Residence Halls opening weekend for returning students to move-in to on-campus housing.
23	Regular (16-weeks) Session and first 8 Week classes begin. New students may request a Ventra card; returning students can request their Ventra card be activated. See Cashier’s Office page for more details
23-27	Late Registration period for the Regular session (16-weeks). All first-time registrations processed after August 22 will incur a one-time $100 late registration fee. Payment is due at the time of registration.
27	Last day to drop a first 8 Week class online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees (note: students may not drop their last class online after August 13. To drop their last class, students must submit the online “Complete Withdrawal Form” located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect).
30	First E-Bill posted for Fall 2021. Subsequent E-Bills will be sent monthly.

September 2021
1-12	Registration continues for Special Session (12-weeks) courses. Students may add/drop Special Session coursework online during this period.
1	Last day to drop a Regular (16-weeks) Session class online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less or upon complete withdrawal from all courses. Deadline to submit proof of required immunizations to the Health & Wellness Center to avoid a $25 non-compliance fee.
6	Labor Day Holiday (No classes)
9	Fall 2021 registration for special session will close and resume Friday, September 10.
10	Late payment fee charge date for a past due balance. Students will be assessed 1.5% of their past due balance (note: the late payment fee will be charged monthly).
13	Special Session (12-weeks) Day and Evening classes begin.
13-14	Late registration period for Special Session (12-weeks) courses. All first time registrations processed after September 12 will incur a one-time $100 late registration fee.
13-18	First academic warning submission period.
15	Financial Holds will be applied to student accounts with past due balances.
17	Last day to Completely Withdraw from Regular Session (16-weeks) and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to Complete Withdrawals. To drop their last class for a Complete Withdrawal, students must submit the online “Complete Withdrawal Form” located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect).
22	Last day to drop a Special (12-weeks) Session class online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees (note: students may not drop their last class online after August 13. To drop their last class, students must submit the online “Complete Withdrawal Form” located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect).
25	Last day to withdraw from a first 8 Weeks class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed.

October 2021
Oct 1	Last day to order a Ventra card for the semester.
8	Last day to completely withdraw from Special Session (12-weeks) and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: a 50% reversal of charges only applies to complete withdrawals. To drop their last class, students must submit the online “Complete Withdrawal Form” located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect).
11-16	Second academic warning submission period.
18	Second 8 Weeks classes begin.
22	Last day to drop a second 8 Weeks class online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees.
29	Undergraduate students: deadline to submit undergraduate graduation application online for August 2021 degree conferment. Graduate students: deadline to submit advisor - approved graduation applications to ADM 129 to participate in Fall 2021 Commencement and/or degree conferral. Last day to withdraw from a Regular (16-weeks) Session class or submit a Complete Withdrawal request and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed.

November 2021
6	Last day to withdraw from a Special Session (12-weeks) class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed. This is also the last day to submit a Complete Withdrawal request, if a student is enrolled in only Special Session coursework.
8	Advance Registration for Spring 2022 begins.
8-13	Third academic warning submission period.
12	Graduate Students: deadline to submit an academic petition for extension of an existing Incomplete Grade Contracts for “I” grades received for Spring or Summer 2021 terms.
20	Last day to withdraw from a second 8 Weeks class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed.
25-27	Thanksgiving Holiday (No classes)

12	Move-out date for Residence Halls (close at 12 pm)
14	Faculty deadline to submit a change of grade form to the Office of the Registrar for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Spring and Summer 2021 for undergraduate and graduate students. Faculty deadline to submit an Incomplete Contract for an “I” grade for Fall 2021. (The contract form must be signed by the student, faculty and chairperson and emailed to CSU- Registrar@csu.edu).
