Note: Students will not be able to drop the last class online resulting in a full withdrawal with zero (0) credit hours of enrollment after May 27, 2025. Students must submit the “Complete Withdrawal Request” online, located on the “student” tab of CSU X-Press by the Withdrawal deadline. Students must also participate in a short exit interview with a Financial Aid Advisor. See instructions here.

7	Priority registration for Summer & Fall 2025 begins. Enrollment opens for payment plans. Please visit the Bursar’s page for more information.
11	Registration for Summer & Fall 2025 is open to all students.

May 2025
1-31	Summer & Fall 2025 Registration continues. Payment due by Friday, May 23.
22	Course Cancellation Session
26	Memorial Day Holiday - no classes.
27	1^st 5-week classes and 10-Week classes begin. Late Registration period. Students may add/drop classes online. Payment is due at the time of registration. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after May 27, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
27-30	Late Registration period. Students may add/drop classes online.
29	Last day to drop a 1st 5-Week classes online for 100% reversal of tuition and fees. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after May 27, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
30	Late Registration period. Students may add/drop classes online. Payment is due at the time of registration.

June 2025
2	Last day to Completely Withdraw from 1^st5-Week session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to Complete Withdrawals.) Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after May 27, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
6	New Undergraduate Student Orientation
9	Last day to Completely Withdraw from 10-week session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to Complete Withdrawals.) Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after May 27, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
13	Deadline to either pay in full for Summer 2025, set up a payment plan, or verify your payment source (i.e. how you plan to pay for classes). Please visit Bursar’s page for more information. First E-Bill posted for Summer 2025. Statements are now available in real-time. Students can generate themselves.
16	Last day to withdraw from a 1^st 5-Week class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed. Holds are placed on students’ accounts for past due balances. Late fees will be charged to students who have not enrolled in a payment plan, paid their balance in full, or have a verified payment source in place for the Summer 2025 term. Late fees will be charged monthly for the remainder of the term.
19	Juneteenth Holiday - no classes.
26	Course Cancellation Session for 2^nd 5-week courses.
27	Deadline to submit undergraduate & graduate graduation applications for Summer 2025 degree conferral. Graduate Students: deadline to submit your thesis/dissertation to ProQuest/ETD. New Undergraduate Student Orientation
28	Last class day of classes for the 1^st 5-week session.
30	2^nd 5-week classes begin.

July 2025
1-5	Late registration for 2^nd 5-Weeks. Students may add/drop classes online during late registration. Payment is due at the time of registration.

4	Independence Holiday - no classes.
7	Last day to withdraw from a 10-Week class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed. Last day to Completely Withdraw from 2^nd 5-Week session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to Complete Withdrawals). 2	Summer 2025 classes & session end.
5	Faculty deadline to submit: Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Summer 2025 Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025. Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Summer 2025. Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: registrar@csu.edu.
8	New Undergraduate Student Orientation
11	Summer 2025 final grades are available in CSU X-Press. Summer 2025 degree begin posting and will be available in CSU X-Press.
