I applaud Secretary Cardona's commitment to strengthening Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs), which are essential for a robust, equitable recovery from the pandemic. As the only four-year PBI in the upper Midwest, CSU is committed to suppoorting the health and economic wellbeing of the region in partnership with our federal leaders.
