The Center for Workforce Equity is building a more inclusive and future-ready workforce. We connect degree holders—particularly from historically underrepresented communities—with high-demand career pathways through employer partnerships, data-driven research, and policy innovation.
Our work closes disparities in employment outcomes for Black and Latinx bachelor’s degree holders through research and engagement with job seekers and employer partners. Although a bachelor’s degree is critical for securing family-sustaining wages, disparities remain with Black and Latinx professionals’ wages and rate of hire, retention, and advancement.
Through our three core pillars: Employer Engagement, Research & Policy, and Career Advancement, the Center for Workforce Equity is reshaping the future of work to ensure that all talent has a seat at the table.
We collaborate with industry leaders and external stakeholders to co-design talent pipelines, ensuring that workforce development efforts are directly informed by labor market demand and real-time business needs.
Our research drives evidence-based solutions and informs policy that promotes systemic change, equity, and sustainability in workforce practices across sectors.
We support degree holders in accessing high-quality, upwardly mobile career opportunities by providing targeted programs, wraparound services, and clear pathways to advancement in high-growth industries.
