Maintenance Requests
How to Submit A Word Order
A maintenance work order request is initiated by the Facilities Management maintenance
desk. We are here to best meet your needs and our staff will evaluate your service
requests upon receipt. Maintenance requests should include repairs to buildings, building
systems, utilities (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing), Carpentry, and other minor maintenance
items. The request is submitted into FM's computerized maintenance management system,
assigned to the appropriate priority rating, and dispatched electronically to the
appropriate tradesmen or the operating engineer for execution
If you have more than one service request, please submit separate tickets for multiple
issues.
