Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana – Champaign, IL

My research interests are in the areas of: Organization Behavior in Education, Educational Change, and Theoretical Foundations of Qualitative Research, with specific attention to Structuration Process and Its Strategic Value, Practical Action and Formal Structure, Institutional Construction of Educational Action, Formation of Dialogic Structures in Organizational Culture, Virtual Action Structures, and Conceptual Analysis and Interpretation in Educational Research.
