Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ.

I co-developed CSU’s First Ed.D. in Educational Leadership Program, redesigned the Principal Preparation Program, and I am an Executive Board Member of the International Council for Professors of Educational Leadership.
