Options Program

Classes are conveniently held on CSU’s main campus as well as our secondary site, Gift of Hope, at 7936 S Cottage Grove Ave.

iDance

How to Register

To register for Options Program courses, visit the Cashier's Office (Cook Administration building, Room 212) or the Options Program office (Jacoby Dickens Athletic Center, Room 201). Complete the registration form, available in our Options Booklet, and make your payment to finalize your enrollment. For more details, contact our Continuing Education Department at continuinged@csu.edu.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much do the courses cost?

Refer to the course descriptions for fees. CTC/CSAA members receive 15% off registration! Fees are payable by check, money order, American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. Please note, there is a 3% service fee for all credit/debit transactions.

2. When do Spring 2026 classes begin?

Spring class schedule coming soon! Class start January 10, 2026.

3. Is parking available?

  • General Parking: $5.00 per visit.
  • Options Students: A parking decal can be purchased for $10.00 at the parking booths with proof of registration.
  • Seniors (60+): Options students who are 60 or older receive a free parking decal

4. How big are the classes?

Class size depends on the course. The university reserves the right to limit the size of classes and to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.

5. What if I need to cancel my registration?

You have two options if you’re unable to attend:

  • Transfer your registration: You can send someone in your place by simply letting the Options department know about the name change.
  • Cancel your registration:
    • To receive a refund, you must cancel in writing or by phone at least seven days before the course starts. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the seven-day deadline.
    • A $10 administration fee will be deducted from your refund, and it may take 6 to 8 weeks to process.
