Note: Students will not be able to drop or withdraw the last class online resulting in a full withdrawal with zero (0) credit hours of enrollment after August 25, 2025. Students must submit the “Complete Withdrawal Request” online, located on the “student” tab of CSU X-Press by the Withdrawal deadline. 11	New annual or reserved parking stickers available for purchase from the Cashier's Office.
18	New Undergraduate Student Orientation
21	16-Week & 1st 8-Week Course Cancellation Session.
22-23	Residence Halls opening weekend for new and returning students to move-in to on-campus housing.
25	16-Week and 1^st 8-Week classes begin. New students may pick-up a Ventra/U-Pass card; returning students can request their Ventra/U-Pass card be activated. See Cashier’s Office page for more details. Parking passes available for pick-up with the Cashier's Office (ADM 212). Annual parking passes will be valid through: August 31, 2026.
25-31	Late registration period for 16-Week & 1st 8-Week coursework. Students may add/drop classes online during late registration. Payment is due at the time of registration.
31	Last day to drop a 1^st 8-Week class online for 100% reversal of tuition and fees. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after Aug 25, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions. Previous year parking stickers expire.

September 2025
1	Labor Day Holiday - no classes.
5	Last day to drop a 16-Week class online for 100% reversal of tuition and fees. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after Aug 25, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions. Deadline to submit proof of required immunizations to the Health & Wellness Center to avoid a $25 non-compliance fee.
8	Last day to Completely Withdraw from 16-Week classes and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to Complete Withdrawals.) Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after Aug 25, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
11	12-Week Course Cancellation Session
15	12-Week classes begin. Deadline to either pay in full for Fall 2025, set up a payment plan, or verify your payment source (i.e. how you plan to pay for classes). Please visit Bursar’s page for more information.
15-20	Late registration period for 12-Week coursework. Students may add/drop classes online during late registration. Payment is due at the time of registration. Faculty to submit midterm grades for 1^st 8-Week classes in CSU X-Press.
16	Financial Holds (BU/B3) will be applied to student accounts with past due balances.
19	Deadline to enroll in or waive out of student health insurance. See here for more information.
18	Last day to drop a 12-Week class online for 100% reversal of tuition and fees. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after Aug 25, 2025. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
22	Midterm grades for 1^st 8-Week classes published for students in CSU X-Press.
26	Deadline to submit undergraduate & graduate graduation applications for Fall 2025 degree conferral.
27	Last day to withdraw from a 1^st 8-Week class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed. Please refer to our page on how to 'Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
30	Late fees will be charged to students who have not enrolled in a payment plan, paid their balance in full, or have a verified payment source in place for the Fall 2025 term. Late fees will be charged monthly for the remainder of the term.

October 2025
1	Last day to completely withdraw from 12-Week classes and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: a 50% reversal of charges only applies to complete withdrawals.) 6	Last day to order a Ventra card for the semester.
13-18	Faculty to submit midterm grades for 16-Week classes in CSU X-Press.
20	2^nd 8-Week classes begin. Midterm grades for 16-Week classes published for students in CSU X-Press.
20-25	Faculty to submit midterm grades for 12-Week classes in CSU X-Press.
24	Graduate students: deadline to submit Thesis/Dissertation to ProQuest/ETD.

27	Midterm grades for 12-Week classes published for students in CSU X-Press.

November 2025

10-15	Faculty to submit midterm grades for 2^nd 8-Week classes in CSU X-Press.
14	Graduate Students: deadline to submit an academic petition for extension of an existing Incomplete Grade Contracts for “I” grades received for Spring or Summer 2025 terms.
17	Midterm grades for 2^nd 8-Week classes published for students in CSU X-Press.
22	Last day to withdraw from a 2^nd 8-Weeks class and receive a “W” on the transcript. Charges are not reversed.
27-29	Thanksgiving Holiday - no classes.

December 2025
6	Last day of class before final examination period.
8-13	Final examination period.
14	Move-out date for Residence Halls (close at 12 pm).
16	Faculty deadline to submit: Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Fall 2025 Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Spring and Summer 2025. Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Fall 2025. Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: registrar@csu.edu.
20	Fall 2025 term ends.
22	Fall 2025 grades are available in CSU X-Press. Fall 2025 degree postings are available in CSU X-Press.
