December 2023
13	Spring 2024 Intersession classes begin.
15	Last day to drop Intersession (4-week) courses online for 100% reversal of tuition & refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less or upon completed withdrawal from all courses. Note: In order to drop from an Intersession course, a drop form must be submitted within two (2) days from the start of the intersession course to receive 100% reversal charges).
28	Last day to withdraw from an Intersession course to receive a "W" on the transcript.

January 2024
1	New Year's Day Holiday – no classes.
2-6	Spring 2024 Intersession classes continue.
2-19	Spring 2024 Book Voucher distribution period (view Bursar's Website).
4	Spring 2024 Regular Session registration closes. It will resume Friday, January 5.
5	Residence Hall opens for move-in (for new students only). Final payment due in full or enroll in a Payment Plan for Spring 2024 courses. Verified Payment Source confirmation with the Bursar Office. Note: A Verified Payment Source is how you plan on paying tuition and fees prior to registration. A Verified Payment Source includes Financial Aid, Scholarships, Veteran Benefits, Employer/Third Party Sponsors, CSU Employee/Senior Waivers, paying in full, or enrolling in a payment plan.
6	Last day for Spring 2024 Intersession classes. Residence Hall opens for move in (for returning students).
8	16-Week and 1^st8-Week classes begin.
8-13	Late Registration/Change of Schedule period for 16-Week courses. Students may add/drop courses online during this period. Payment is due at the time of registration.
8-31	Ventra CTA card distribution (by appointment only, please contact the Cashier's Office).

15	Martin L. King Day Holiday – no classes.
19	Last day to drop 16-Week coursework online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees. Note: Students may not drop themselves from their last class online after the start of term. Please refer to our page on how to Withdraw All Classes for instructions. Deadline to submit proof of required immunizations to Wellness/Health Center to avoid a $25 non-compliance fee.
22	First Disbursement - Pell & Direct Loans. Last day to completely withdraw from 1st 8-Week coursework & receive a 50% reversal of tuition & fees. Note: 50% reversal of charges only applies to complete withdrawals. Please refer to our page on how to Withdraw All Classes' for instructions.
25	Spring 2024 12-Week registration closes. It will resume Jan 26.
26	First day for student refunds.
29	12-Week classes begin.
29 to	From 1/29 - 2/3: 1^st Academic Warning Reporting Period for Regular Session & 1^st 8-week coursework. Late Registration/Change of Schedule Period for 12-Week classes. Students may add/drop courses online during this period. Payment is due at the time of registration.

23	Deadline for enrollment in or waiving out of the mandatory student health insurance program for the 16-Week or 12-Week term. Deadline to submit undergraduate & graduate graduation applications for Spring 2024 degree conferral.
26 to	From 2/26 - 3/2: 2^nd Academic Warning Reporting Period for 16-Week & 12-Week classes.

8	Faculty deadline to submit Final Grades in CSU X-Press for 1st 8-week coursework.
11	2^nd 8-Week classes begin.

3	Last day to submit Financial Aid documents, including SAP appeals, and still receive funding for Spring 2024
5	Residence halls close at 12 pm for all students (with exception for Spring 2024 graduates).
7	Faculty deadline to submit: Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Spring 2024 Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Summer and Fall 2023. Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Spring 2024. Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: csu-registrar@csu.edu.
9	Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremony
10	Spring 2024 term ends.
15	Spring 2024 grades are available on CSU X-Press Spring 2024 degree postings are available on CSU X-Press
