The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to provide consistent friendly, efficient and effective supportive services to the entire University community. This aligns with the University’s pledge to foster the intellectual development and success of a diverse student population through a rigorous, positive and transformative educational experience.


The Office of the Registrar consist of three units responsible for a variety of duties. These units include: 

  • Evaluations (includes the transfer credit evaluation and awarding of all undergraduate degrees),
  • Course Scheduling (includes catalog/schedule maintenance)
  • Records and Registration (includes course registration, issuance of official transcripts, enrollment/degree verifications, grade changes, reinstatement and readmission processes).
