Meeting Schedule

The CSU Institutional Review Board (IRB) meets monthly during the Academic Year on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesdays of each month, and also based on need.  All meetings are scheduled for 11:00 AM – Noon. 

Applications for Initial Review should be received no later than 3:30 pm on the day before the meeting date. However, please note that protocols needing consideration for Full Review must be received no less than one week prior to the meeting date.

Summer 2026:

The IRB office accepts Initial Review Applications, Amendments, and Continuing Review Applications during the summer months. Summer meeting dates will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
