When a College of Business student graduates from Chicago State University, they are well prepared to succeed in today’s global marketplace. We achieve this by providing them with a transformative academic experience, built upon a strong foundation base in core business subject areas, enhanced with interpersonal skills that prepare them to excel in their chosen field, whether that is Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or Marketing.

In addition to developing our students’ business acumen, the College of Business focuses on providing complementary experiential opportunities so that students can gain hands-on experience to better prepare them for career success. These activities include consulting assignments with local business owners, direct engagement with business executives and entrepreneurs, as well as enlightening internship experiences in Chicago, nationwide, as well as Africa!

The College of Business is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), one of the premier accrediting bodies for business programs, globally.
