For GoToWebinar or Zoom Webinar set up, training & technical assistance email in format below:

  1. Event Name
  2. Panelists (Name and email )
  3. Date & Duration
  4. Event Options:
  • custom registration page for attendees. 
    (Default asks for first name, last name & email)
  • feature image, logo, branding the registration page
  • recording, video editing, playback
  • handouts or multimedia played during the webinar
  • polls or surveys (to engage your audience better)?
IT provides a test webinar before the real event so everyone will have a hands on experience. Please ensure any Webinar requests come to us at least 3-5 Business days prior to event. IT stays online in the webinar chat throughout the meeting, to ensure the webinar doesn’t run into any technical issues.
